Our Response to COVID-19

We are committed to helping our patients, team, families, and community as we rebound from the crisis. We have taken a number of steps based on infection control guidelines to increase safety measures and change our daily protocols.

Safety is our Top Priority

Temperature checks are conducted for all staff and patients. Anyone who has symptoms of a cold or flu will not be permitted in the office and are advised to stay home for the safety of our office.

Medical Grade Air Filters

Air filters have been installed in each treatment room as well as throughout the office.

Plexiglass, Masks, and Shields

Plexiglass shield (sneeze guard) has been placed at the receptionist desk. Everyone is required to wear a mask, and the clinical team also has face shields. We’ll look a little different!

Social Distancing

Fewer patients are scheduled per day to maximize safety and to allow thorough disinfection of each area. Please come to your appointment alone, as companions will be asked to not enter the office.

Stay In Your Car

Your car is the new waiting room. The waiting room has been effectively closed.

Rooms and areas are frequently and thoroughly disinfected during the day.

Check-in Process

Stay in the car

When you arrive in the parking lot, please call us at (201) 585-0847 to let us know. Please stay in your car until we are ready. We will then call you when we are ready to seat you.

Enter alone

Enter the office alone and with a mask. Patients or family members will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room. If you must come with someone, please have them wait in the car if possible.

Your temperature will be taken as you enter the office. If you have a temperature over 100.4′ F, please reschedule your appointment until you feel better.

Digital Check-In

In the waiting room, there is a digital check-in process on an iPad Kiosk to minimize paper forms. You can also check-in ahead of time using your phone or computer at home.
