Meet the Team

Peter D. Wang, DDS, MS (Periodontist)

After obtaining his Periodontics degree from Columbia University, Dr. Peter Wang founded this practice over 30 years ago with the goal of helping patients improve and maintain their healthy smiles. Dr. Peter’s past positions include being the Director of the Implant Department at Columbia University and president of the Chinese American Dental Association. He has lectured globally for several decades and currently serves as the dean of his dental school alma mater, Taipei Medical University, in Taiwan.

Lynn Fan, DDS (General Dentist)

Dr. Lynn Fan received her dental degree from Columbia University and B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society during dental school for her excellent clinical ability. She furthered her experience with a rigorous general practice residency at the Bronx V.A. Medical Center. In her spare time, Dr. Lynn is an avid sports fan who enjoys biking, playing golf, reading, and doing arts and crafts.

Joseph Wang, DDS, MS (Board-Certified Periodontist)

After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Biology with University Honors, Dr. Joseph Wang obtained his dental degree from Columbia University, where he was awarded the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Dental Student Award. He then completed a rigorous 3-year Periodontics specialty residency at Columbia to obtain his MS degree. His extensive work during residency led to him receiving various awards, including the Melvin Morris Award for Excellence, given to the top resident of the graduating class. Dr. Joe’s research study in dental implants was published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology and led to a First Place award at the annual Birnberg Research Symposium. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and achieved board-certification status in periodontology and dental implant surgery. Dr. Joe has extensive experience with surgical implant placement, complex extractions, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, gum surgeries, and gum grafting. Currently, Dr. Joe is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

Vivian Yeh, DDS, MS (Prosthodontist)

Dr. Vivian Yeh is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, double-majoring in Biology and Psychology. She then attended Columbia University for dental school, where she received the Columbia CDM Restorative Award. She devoted an additional three years in a post-doctoral graduate program in Prosthodontics, training her to perform a wide range of procedures including complex dental reconstructions, implant prosthetics, complete esthetic smile makeovers, removable dentures, and simple crowns and fillings.

Faye Guo, DMD (General Dentist)

Dr. Faye Guo earned her B.S degree in Pre-medicine from Pennsylvania State University Schreyer’s Honors College. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Community Service. She was inducted to the Matthew Cryer Honor Society during dental school, which is the highest scholastic honor conferred in Penn Dental Medicine. Dr. Faye Guo is a member of the American Dental Association and remains active in serving the community. In her spare time, Dr. Faye Guo enjoys traditional and ballroom dancing, playing piano, reading, and watching musicals.
